We are looking for an experienced HR DIRECTOR for our partner, which is a leading manufacturer of its sector in Europe. The HR Director will be responsible in leading the HR function in Hungary ensuring that a professional HR service is provided aligned with the company's business strategy, policy and procedures.

Implement HR strategic and operational policies to ensure efficient and effective people management within the Hungarian business

Create and maintain a country HR organization aligned to the company's HR Model

Ensure appropriate policies, contracts, and processes are developed and that changes are agreed where necessary with the Works Council

Take responsibility for the development of HR policy specific to Hungary and is involved in HR policy development for the company

Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of key service commitments in line with business and customer requirements

Ensure the management and development of staff to provide the right mix of skills and abilities to meet requirements

Ensure the delivery of people management processes to foster high levels of employee engagement and commitment

Operate as a member of the Hungarian management team and as a member of the regional HR Team

Ensure that Internal / External resourcing practices are managed appropriately and that all group requirements are adhered to

Responsible for the effective management of Employee Relations within the business

Responsible for the effective management of appropriate compensation and benefits practices within the business, consistent with the company's policies and procedures

Works with line and HR colleagues to manage Organisational change / development processes

Application of legally compliant contractual changes and departmental administration relating to HR practices and procedures

Provide support in the annual budgeting cycle regarding personnel costs and ensure compliance of HR organizational budget

Elvárások / Requirements

5-10 years experience - min. 5 years as HR Manager/ HR Director/ Head of HR

MSc or BA level Degree–ideally Professional HR Qualification

Experience in TA, Talent & Performance management, Reward, Employee relations, Culture & Engagement, Payroll & Administration, HCM

HR transformation, change management skills

Strong experience in manufacturing industry/ blue collar environments

Knowldge of Global People Management Platforms

Proven track record of delivering HR Transformation agenda

High level of leadership skills

Advanced English language knowledge
