Our client is a well-know multinational company, we are looking for multilingual HR Business partner colleagues to join their team in Budapest and support leaders and managers regionally in HR topics.
Pozíció leírása / Job description
Partner with managers regionally and provide with a coaching style, ad-hoc and on-demand support and guidance in HR topics like:
succession planning and talent management, planning career paths
performance management, goal setting and development planning
reward & compensation management
organizational set-up changes and transformations
resolution of conflicts, relocations, (difficult) feedback giving processes
diagnose, evaluate and propose fit-for-purpose solutions in HR topics
gather and analyze data and share insights with leaders and recommend innovative approaches
participate in global meetings, HR projects and process improvements
Elvárások / Requirements
university/college degree is preferred
3-7+ years of experience in a similar role (eg. positions focusing on HR Business Partnering, HR generalist, HR manager)
excellent written and spoken language skills in English or English + German/Spanish/French
excellent communication and coaching skills, experience in managing stakeholders
end-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills and ability to be a trusted advisor to all levels of management
