Our client is a well-know multinational company. We are looking for FRENCH/GERMAN speaking Employee relations specialist colleagues to join their team in Budapest and support leaders and managers regionally in HR topics.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

Provide directional guidance and support for policy and labour law interpretation and application.

Consulting and providing advice, counsel and resolute to employees and managers on a broad range of employee relations matters.

Ensuring full ownership of incoming requests, prioritization and solution implementation to provide consultation to leaders and individual contributors with a connected and caring approach.

Participating in global/regional squads for deployment of key employee relations initiatives or new system launches.

Being a key contributor to positive employee experience in moments that matter and providing proactive solutions to enable our people to focus on our core purpose.

Operating on a balanced, neutral perspective to support successful navigation through challenging moments which is contributing to the positive reputation of the company.


Elvárások / Requirements

University/college degree

Broad experience in a similar role focusing on labour law and HR policies (like People Relations, HR Business Partnering, HR generalist, lawyer specialised in employment law)

Excellent written and spoken command in English and French/German.

Strong knowledge and capability for interpreting and communicating policies and employment law.

Excellent communication and collaborative skills, experience in managing stakeholders globally and work in a fast paced environment.

Experience and understanding of how to navigate complex reporting relationships and attend to multiple cultures.

Ability to provide difficult feedback to employees, managers and leaders at all levels to avoid and resolve conflict.
