Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Manage a regional centralization project of Payroll processes
  • Implement processes and manage the new team focusing on control, issue resolution and stakeholder management of payroll services operated by 3rd party provider
  • Ensure payroll services are compliant and processed in accordance with global policies
  • Develop and introduce service level agreement metrics and KPIs
  • Manage continuous improvement projects to make payroll processes more accurate and effective

Elvárások / Requirements

  • University or college degree
  • 8-10 years of relevant professional experience (SSC Payroll services)
  • People management experience
  • Project management experience, especially transition of processes
  • Fluent English
  • Proactive, result oriented personality
  • Strong in stakeholder management
