Pozíció leírása / Job description


  • Review invoices for sales and use tax charges
  • Respond to all external and internal inquiries
  • Assist in the processing of the weekly check run
  • Participate in the month-end closing process
  • Assist in the documentation of Accounts Payable policies and procedures
  • Responsible for testing key controls in the AP function
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of financial metrics,
  • Support the implementation of the new ERP and T&E systems
  • Take part in the automation of the AP activities
  • Work closely with the global AP manager in identifying and executing process improvements and automation strategies across the AP function
  • Support the audits
  • Manage the Company PO system
  • File sales and use taxes monthly
  • Other ad-hoc tasks, projects

Elvárások / Requirements

  • BA degree in Accounting, Finance
  • 1-3 years of AP experience
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Think out of the box and ownership mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel
  • Proven ability to multitask in a high volume work environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal (fluent English is a must-have criterium) 
  • Proven ability to take initiative while working independently or collaborating with a team
  • Experience with ERP system
