Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Broaden the execution of the CPI strategy, provide support
• Support Finance Leadership and collaborate with senior management and project teams
• Define process gaps and opportunities
• Drive solution and resolution
• Conduct monthly performance reviews
• Define KPIs, identifying improvements to achieve "Best in Class"
• Drive the implementation of the Continuous Process Improvement and communication, training 
• Identify process optimization to improve speed, cost and quality
• Drive automation including robotic process automation 
• Ensure high quality reporting
• Resposible for the monitoring of work stream/process

Elvárások / Requirements

• You have 5-7 years related experience
• College/University degree in Finance
• Team management of 2-5 FTE
• International experience and background in a complex business environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Solid knowledge and experience using ERO systems (Navision, SAP)
• Fluency in English
• Additional German knowledge is a plus!
