We are looking for an Order desk specialist for Samsung into their office located in Budapest. The company is specialized in producing and selling products in the field of electronics, information technology and telecommunication.

Enter the orders received via e-mail into SAP and other databases used by the company

Check and record properly all sales orders

Provide up to date information to the customers about the status of their open orders

Closely monitor the selling price and manage price correction if necessary

Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery

Handle the complaints and requests of customers

Collaborate with the sales team, the Key Account Managers and the Product Managers

Elvárások / Requirements

minimum BA/BSC degree

2-3 years experience in relevant position

intermediate English AND native Hungarian is a must

customer service focus

excellent communication skills

fast and precise administration

MS Office proficiency

SAP knowledge is an advantage
