Our multinational client is looking for motivated candidates to join their growing team for multilingual Helpdesk Agent roles (L1-L2). 

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Providing technical support to customers – taking inquiries by phone and email
  • Dealing with problems for hardware, such as servers, computers and printers, and software programs
  • Asking questions about the problem and explaining possible solutions
  • Using automated diagnostic programs to solve network problems
  • Using helpdesk software to log calls with descriptions of issues, progress and solutions
  • Working together with other departments and teams to solve issues together
  • Receive and record client inquiries and process relevant paperwork/systems

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Fluent in English and one additional language
  • Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills
  • Motivation to work in IT Support, willingness to learn
  • Flexibility, durability and great problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
