  • coordinating the daily work of an approx. 20-member team (from junior to SME level)
  • creating and monitoring KPIs and SLAs
  • handling escalations
  • making reports for the management team
  • being responsible for process improvement
  • performing trainings and update training materials
  • being responsible for resource planning
  • motivating team members

Elvárások / Requirements

  • university or college degree
  • Hungarian AND English AND Slovak/Czech language knowledge
  • at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or help desk position
  • at least 1-year team leader experience
  • strong people management skills
  • experience of using MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point)
  • problem solving skills
  • organizational skills
