The tasks can vary depending on the positions, but main responsibilities would be the following:

  • ensuring the smooth operation of the office
  • supporting clients on the phone, via e-mail and in person regarding their requests and queries
  • keeping contact with partners
  • administration of invoices and other documents
  • organizing business trips and events

Elvárások / Requirements

  • confident knowledge of English and Hungarian
  • high school diploma (university degree is an advantage)
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • flexibility
