Pozíció leírása / Job description

- Handling Bank Queries related to disputes from customers
- Collecting supported documentation to defend chargebacks.
- Giving detailed explanation regarding queried transactions.
- Contributing to recognize the opportunities of improving processes

Elvárások / Requirements

- At least upper-intermediate knowledge of English (verbal, written)
- Customer service experience, (experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage)
- Team attitude
- Ability to prioritise in a faced paced environment
- Ability to take initiative
- Logical and proactive thinking
- Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Word with confidence
