Due to the continuous expansion of our client, which occupies a leading position in automation, we are looking for a Product Certification Manager.
Pozíció leírása / Job description• Evaluate the product portfolio for compliance with approval-relevant directives, standards, and supplement this by researching CE, UL
• Responsible for carrying out national and international product approvals in the field of CE (RED), UL
• Elaborating the requirements from the relevant standards and translating them into internal requirements for stakeholder is part of your remit,
• Contact person for the development areas regarding the approval requirements,
• Coordinating the approval projects, working in the product development process,
• Prepare and conduct audits within the scope of the respective product approval,
• For customers taking on the role of contact person for enquiries regarding product approvals
• Regular participation in information events and expert conferences on the relevant topics,
• Inform and train internal departments (e.g. purchasing, development, product management, sales)
• Contact persons for market surveillance and supervisory authorities and maintain contact with external service providers and coordinate this
Elvárások / Requirements• Technical training with corresponding further education or your technical or legal studies with completed experience in product compliance or similar
• Several years of professional experience, good knowledge of implementation to present relevant approvals, regulations and standards (e.g. CE, UL)
• MS Office applications in an advanced level
• Knowledge in industrial automation products and applications
• Know-how in the field of industrial automation products and applications
• Team player and convince with your solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and responsible way of working as well as a high target and customer orientation (internally and externally)
• Good organizational and time management methods in an agile way
• Excellent project management skills
• English knowledge in an advanced level
• Intercultural competence, strong communication skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness characterize you
• Presentation and moderation skills in the department meetings and negotiations
