Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionAs the Global Group Finance Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing ERP solutions (for SAP and NetSuite) and integrations, ensuring they align with business objectives. You will act as the primary point of contact between ERP consultants and management, fostering clear communication and smooth project delivery. By overseeing priorities, tracking progress, and providing subject matter expertise, you will support the transformation of business processes and the seamless operation of critical systems
Responsibilities
ERP Systems & Integrations
● Oversee the management and optimisation of ERP solutions and integrations, ensuring
alignment with business needs
● Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss priorities, align projects with strategic goals, and oversee progress from inception to completion
● Act as the main point of contact for the ERP consulting team, bridging communication between consultants and management
● Provide subject matter expertise in ERP systems and business processes, ensuring continuity
● Proactively identify and assess risk and evaluate issues and escalate to other teams where appropriate
Project Oversight
• Attend and contribute to project kick-off meetings, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives and deliverables
• Review systems, gather requirements and prepare documentation
• Overhaul and improve procedures to support efficient project execution and implementation
• Supervise UAT testing, comprehensive documentation, and implementation
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead and support ERP consultants (SAP and NetSuite), fostering professional growth and team performance
• Manage the prioritisation of tasks and projects across the consulting team
• Provide guidance and support to the L1 user support team, ensuring smooth operations (with plans for future delegation)
Stakeholder Communication
• Regularly communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders across departments
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to address issues and improve system functionality

•Experience with ERPs such as SAP Business One and NetSuite
• Qualifications and Education Requirements
• University or college degree
Preferred Skills
• Microsoft Excel knowledge
• MySQL
• 3rd Party Add-ons such as: Boyum B1UP, Print and Delivery
• SAP Reporting tools such as SQL, Sharperlight and/or Crystal Reports
• Experience of Sharperlight reporting software advantageous
• Knowledge of SAP Business One Add-Ons such as:
DTW, Payment, Intercompany
• Understanding of core financial principles
• Experience of ticketing systems like Zendesk and Jira
• NetSuite reports, saved searches and workflows
