- Manage operational ticketing tools and look for improvements.
- Analyze and manage incoming tickets, performing functional analysis to determine the best support approach.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
- Train end-users on business applications and ERP systems.
- Create and maintain operational and knowledge documentation.
- Three years of professional experience in business applications support.
- Excellent knowledge of D365 modules and a proven record of ERP support.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
