Our partner is a major Chinese automotive group, currently expanding its presence through regional import partners. To provide technical expertise for their operations in Hungary, they are looking for a Service Engineer in Budapest.
Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionYour tasks will be:
- Providing 2nd-level technical support across the CEE distributors via phone, email and onsite visits when neccessary.
- Perform onsite troubleshooting.
- Create and localize repair guides.
- Communicating effectively with service technicians, customers and representatives of the dealer network and distributors.
- Hold regular technical meetings with distributors to review issues, updates.
- Deliver presentations do dealers and distributors on technical topics.
University degree in engineering.
- Experience in automotive servicing.
- 5+ years automobile technical support work experience with proven track records in CEE.
- Have knowledge of CEE regional regulatory requirements on warranty, service pack and etc.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and travel when needed (1-2x/week)
