randstad employer brand research 2018.

Celebrating its 18th edition globally, the Randstad Employer Brand Research Award is presented each year to the most attractive employer in 30 countries across the globe. It is based on the outcome of the most representative and inclusive employer branding research in the world.

This is the fifth time Randstad Hungary rewarded the most attractive employers in Hungary. Mercedes Benz landed at the top of the list and their consecutive victories made Audi Hungaria join the “Randstad Employer Brand Hall of Fame”. In spite of the unbroken march of the two automotive factories, a job in the telecommunication sector is on the top of the Hungarian wish list, and the financial sector showed the biggest improvement. As compared to the results of Randstad Employer Brand Research 2017, pleasant atmosphere and flexible options are the factors employees upgraded the most.

In the competition of sectors telecommunication came first, ahead of last year’s winner, the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. The third place was taken by the service sector. “In spite of their high ranking, companies present in this field should not relax: with the exception of telco sector, the attraction of top industries has declined among the employees. Sectors at the end of the top 10 list, that is finances, logistics and retail trade have improved a lot, which results in a closer competition and a fierce fight for talented employees”
