This was the fourth time the Randstad Employer Brand Research for the most attractive employer of the year has been given out. As the years before this, car companies became the most popular choices, although there has been a change int he placements: this year, Audi Hungaria was the number one employer. The second one become Mercedes-Benz and the third one is Lego.

While larger Hungarian companies have a good reputation about their strong management and training opportunities, they have to improve at the most important factors according to workers: salaries and stable, long-term employment.

Randstad’s REBR 2017 shows that to employees in Hungary, Pharmaceutical-chemical, FMCG and Automotive are the most appealing sectors to work in, although automotive has lost some points in attractiveness.
