The Randstad HR Trends Survey 2026 was conducted between October and December 2025, surveying more than 400 senior executives from companies operating in various industries in Hungary.

About the respondents:

• More than half of the 434 respondents are HR managers or HR directors, and nearly a third are company executives or directors.
• companies with fewer than 50 employees represent 21% of the sample, 18% have 51-100 employees, 22% have 101-250 employees, 13% have 251-500 employees, 11% have 501-1000 employees, and 15% employ more than 1,000 people
• 64% of the participants in the survey are international companies, 14% are national companies, and 22% are local companies
• The largest group of respondents came from the manufacturing industry (26%), followed by retail (12%), IT and telecommunications (10%), and the service sector (9%), so the sample is predominantly cyclical, reflecting the experiences of real economy and knowledge-based sectors.
