Randstad Employer Brand Research is the most comprehensive, in-depth independent employer brand research in the world, identifying the most attractive employers from thousands of companies. The research captures the opinions of nearly 170,000 respondents aged 18-64 from 6,084 companies in 34 markets. In Hungary, 7291 people responded to the survey. The analysis provides insights into the job preferences and motivations of potential employees. The research, which has been conducted since 2000, was carried out by Randstad's international research partner Kantar. The current survey was conducted in January 2025. The survey results are used to award the Randstad Awards for the most attractive employers every year.

On May 8, 2025, for the twelfth time, we presented the Hungarian results of the world's largest independent employer brand survey, Randstad Employer Brand Research, and announced the winners of the Randstad Award 2025 in Hungary. As in previous years, employers in the IT sector are the most attractive in Hungary, followed by the business services sector (BSS) and the telecom sector. In terms of job search criteria, salary, a pleasant working atmosphere and the financial stability of the company are the most important factors for job seekers.
