We are looking for Procurement Process and System Analyst professionals on behalf of our multinational partner.

What would you be doing?

*act as the Subject Matter Expert for systems such as ARIBA,SAP ECC, SRM, Salesforce

*provide valuable procurement-related insight for system development

*fine-tune, identify and correct possible problems and provide long-term resolutions for complex queries

*connect various stakeholders, (such as IT service support or procurement coordinator) to solve issues 

*coordinate and lead testing processes (like RT, UAT)

*generate value via Operational Excellence, standardization, simplification, identify gaps and guide end to end solutions

*provide technical guidance and mentoring

Elvárások / Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

*degree qualification in a relevant discipline 

*at least 3 years experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management area

*demonstrated knowledge in maintenance driven Purchase to Pay processes and systems

*expert knowledge in SAP ECC, SRM and Ariba systems (including reporting possibilities)

*fluency in English 

*fluency in one of the following languages: German, Spanish or Polish

*excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to listen and work with Business, BPO’s and Suppliers in real-time

*effectively handle difficult and challenging customer interactions; maintain poise and professionalism on every interaction

*independent working, self-initiative
