Our partner plans a huge investment in Hungary to produce parts into lithium-ion batteries and is looking for an IT Support.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

- HelpDesk – manage and solve inquiries
- Support implementation of IT systems (infrastructure, network, ERP and finance systems)
- Conduct analysis on purchases of services, systems and vendor proposals on hardware/software
- Implement PC software/hardware policies, procedures and standards
- Establish stabile and consistent IT services
- Execution and monitoring of the operational activities ensuring the smooth running of computer systems
- Configuration of hardware/software for new users, troubleshooting

Elvárások / Requirements

- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT support, preferably in the field of manufacturing
- Wide knowledge of IT fields such as ERP, computer hardware, data processing, communications
- Self-starter and open minded
- Very good communication skills
