A Sr. Travel and Expenses Coordinator in this position handles independently all types of expense report related issues timely and accurately, with identifying country specific requirements and processes. Beside of the day-to-day routine, he/she is able to complete complex tasks as well, and therefore be able to support continuous improvement activities with his/her own ideas, initiatives.

• Acts as a primary contact for travel and expense related issues or requests
• Processes expense reports and ensures compliance with all relevant policies
• Provide support, training courses and training materials to end-users
• Performs all Card Program Administrator tasks
• Monitors delinquent corporate card accounts
• Creates and maintains work instructions
• Performs self-audit activities
• Support projects on an as needed basis

Elvárások / Requirements

• College or university degree and/or relevant experience
• Fluency in English
• Other language knowledge (preferably Spanish or German) is an advantage
• Concur (Expense) knowledge is essential
• Cognos Reporting Tool knowledge is nice to have
• SAP knowledge (T&E related transactions only)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• 2 yrs of relevant work experience
