Our partner, the biggest content marketing agency of Germany, is opening its new office in Budapest. The new division's colleagues are going to work on the social media marketing of a premium german automotive brand. On behalf of them, we are looking for Senior Customer Support Manager.

Are people and social media your passions? Are you personally excited by digital dialogue? We are getting off to a flying start in Community Management and are searching for enthusiastic new colleagues with a high level of service orientation!


Pozíció leírása / Job description

YOUR DUTIES:
● Coordinating the work of a social media customer support managers’ team, including setting up the processes of customer support
● Operative supervision/Customer support of social media platforms for top international brands
● Monitoring and screening of blogs, communities and other social media presence
● Management of issue-related processes
● Quality assurance and continuous collaboration with customer support on client side
● Analysis and monitoring of social media
● Reporting on social media activities in close collaboration with social concepters(social media managers)
● Conducting research on a wide variety of topics
● Collaborating with other teams for a premium German automotive brand


Elvárások / Requirements

YOUR PROFILE:
● You have relevant work-experience in the field of community management on either agency or client side
● You have good understanding of customer service and organizing customer service teams
● You have some experience in people management
● You would like to work full-time with all your power or rather commit to a part-time job (also welcome rejoining the workforce after parental leave)
● You are well-connected, have a presence on all important platforms and possess great know-how in the field of marketing or communication
● You bring in a hands-on mentality
● You are a native English speaker or have at least fluent English communication and presentation skills; German would be an additional benefit
● You are also able to work with great concentration in stressful situations
