- being the first contact for customers regarding their queries and requests
- supporting the foreign business in English and Polish language
- handling customer's complaints
- providing timely and accurate assistance to clients and business partners regarding contracts, invoices, master data, transportation, stock management etc
- keeping contact with other stakeholders
- maintaining the database of customers
- tracking customer orders
- supporting the invoicing process

Elvárások / Requirements

- fluency in English and Polish language
- customer oriented, proactive and "can do" attitude
- excellent communication skills
- punctuality
- ability to keep strict deadlines
- knowledge of MS Office
- experience in a similar position is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome
