Pozíció leírása / Job description

- taking end to end responsibility for service orders throughout their delivery life cycle
- coordinating internet access and router installations for global customers in France, Monaco and Tunisia
- doing regular customer communication and maintaining a good relationship with the customer's local contacts
- monitoring and managing the service order's workflow within the agreed deadlines
- maintaining a clean inventory of all systems until services are delivered
- communicating with all involved internal and external parties via our communication tools, e-mail, Skype and phone
- resolving complex issues, escalations and implementing resolutions within the team environment
