- Coordinate preparation of tenders in accordance with customer requests and public procurement laws
- Check and validate all information for the tenders provided and if not, escalate to the right team
- Ensure the following transactions are done to the highest standard, with accuracy and reducing transaction times:
- Review, understand all tender documents and coordinate discussion with other stakeholders on tender submission
- Submit electronic and paper tenders on a high standard and within deadline
- Liaise with other stakeholders to gather missing or up-to-date data (technical specifications, clarity on legal or regulatory questions etc)
- Identify and work to resolve problems that develop, escalating problems encountered to manager in a timely manner when necessary, with recommendations for solutions
- Assist with the production of new documentation and templates where appropriate
- Create and maintain contracts in SAP according to our compliance rules
- Provide regular reporting of contracts and contract profitability
- Serve as point of contact for activities in area of responsibility and provide reliable information and support to sales teams
- Ensure that internal processes and inter-departmental processes are followed
- Coordination of projects with proficiency and timely manner keeping deadlines and business goals into consideration
- Native Polish & Excellent Communication skills in English (French/German is advantage)
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management, procurement, sourcing, public procurement processes are highly desired
- Advanced level of MS Office skills
- Knowledge of SAP is desired
- Experience dealing with customers including e.g. quoting and order processing
- Able to work efficiently with cross functional teams and people at different levels in a matrix organisation
- Demonstrate innovative approaches or solutions to solve challenges
- Demonstrated team player who is highly responsible and committed
