Main responsibilities:

-Develops and executes annual sales plans
-Searches for new clients who may benefit from company products and services;
-Establishes/nurtures long term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
-Negotiates tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
-Meets regular sales targets and coordinates sales projects
-Builds up a solid pipeline of opportunities to drive growth
-Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them
-Develops a good understanding of Tungsram’s capabilities in order to lead the build-up of business cases to support strategic development/investment plans

Elvárások / Requirements

-Min. 5 years of experience at a multinational company in a technical sales role
-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation skills
-Creative thinker and good at problem solving
-Self-starter, independent, but can play in a cross functional team environment
-Fluent in English knowledge of Hungarian and other European language(s) is an advantage
-BA or MSc in the field of Commercial/Economy/ Engineering
-Ready to travel in Europe (sporadically out of Europe)
Microsoft Office knowledge
