Job Purpose:

To leverage Tungsram Lightings solution-based value proposition to develop project business, grow pipeline and successfully win and retain sustainable and profitable business with FM Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identifies and wins sustainable and profitable lighting projects with targeted FM companies.
Develops and implements customer-specific sales strategies to ensure customer needs are translated into viable and successful commercial proposals.
Creates focused action plans, utilises marketing resources and builds a lead generation campaign to create a robust pipeline of near and long-term opportunities.
Develops strategic, long-term relationships with key decision makers.
Identifies prospects and reinforces Tungsram’s value proposition through networking events during and out of business hours.
Creates and delivers impactful presentations to End-Users to inspire them to specify Tungsram’ s Lighting Solutions; clearly demonstrates the value proposition as influenced by changing legislation and new technology advancement.
Maximises revenue opportunities for the business by owning the sales process with the procurement chain.
Uses CRM Tool to maintain competitive information, share pipeline of opportunities and track results of End User targets.
Seeks creative ways to leverage Tungsram Lighting Solutions.
Seeks to understand the customer’s value drivers and illustrates the financial and intangible benefits of the Tungsram solution.
Takes ownership of tendering process for projects.
Manages ongoing relationships with strategic accounts once partnerships have formed to maximise revenue opportunities for the business.



Elvárások / Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements - Essential

Educated to degree level or equivalent with Business/Commercial discipline.
Good Knowledge of the Lighting Industry and associated products.
Proven project/solutions sales ability and strong pipeline development credentials.
Experience working through the project development & tender process.
Demonstrated orientation towards business growth with a high degree of personal initiative, drive, pragmatism and resilience.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-making and processes at senior/board levels.
Ability to clearly present and articulate a value proposition.
Proven analytical skills, able to understand the business dynamics, strategy and potential of various types of our customers and provide solutions utilizing all that Tungsram has to offer.
Tenacious approach along with a self-motivated attitude and ability to perform well under pressure and deliver results.
Enthusiastic and ambitious individual with a flexible approach to work, willing to be part of an established team.
Confident, shows optimistic ’can do’ attitude and expresses strong belief in own ability to succeed.

Qualifications/Requirements - Desired :

Experience of National Account Management.
Good Presentation Skills.
Experience in building solid customer proposals & Framework Agreements.
