Pozíció leírása / Job description

 Provide administrative support to the team 
 Make travel arrangements if needed
 Schedule meetings, internal/external events/customer visits
 Prepare presentations, consolidate materials for the team
 Filter, prioritize and arrange all form of communications
 Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
 Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
 Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
 Coordinate department events
 Submit purchase requisitions, service requisitions, service acceptances, budget reports, etc.
 Work with management to develop new hire orientation schedules and/or visitor itineraries
 Order and maintain office supplies inventory levels

Elvárások / Requirements

 College or university degree
 1-2 years relevant experience in a multinational environment
 Problem solving thinking, good stress-management skills, team player attitude
 Reliability, Resilience, Willingness to work together on the long-run
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Proficient in all MS Office Suite programs - especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel –
SAP experience preferred
 Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
 When presented with a problem or request, consistently takes ownership to find a solution or options in a
timely manner
 Ability to handle multiple tasks / priorities and confidential information in a professional manner
 Strong focus on customer service and addressing customer problems
 High level of initiative, motivation, and commitment; be a self-starter who can prioritize
 Present a professional image at all times and enjoy working in a team environment
 Attention to detail and proven ability to organize and follow through in a multi-task environment with
limited guidance
 Ability to prioritize work to optimize the impact on individuals, the department, and the corporation
