We are searching for a talented HR coordinator who is responsible for executing on all critical HR transactions and administration across all HR service categories including (but not limited to) Oracle data maintenance, staffing requests, scorecards, reporting and more. This role will process critical transactions and be the key interface between the local HR team and the supporting HR services teams.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

- Provide dedicated support and guidance with specific focus on: HR transactions related to offer requests, interview scheduling, employee onboarding, data maintenance and HR data reporting
- Rigorous data management specifically related to employee data/assignment changes, data compliance, and Oracle records
- Manage reporting for several HR processes
- Wing to wing hiring and staffing support including but not limited to: job posting requests, interview scheduling, compensation approval requests, offer letter requests, organization announcements
-- Consult with the clients to define roles, and drive organization
- Leverage talent and career management processes
- Coordinate talent acquiration and retention
- Provide advice, guidance and counseling to managers and employees on all HR matters
- Proactively manage HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data
- Manage relevant day-to-day HR operational tasks according to labor and company processes
- Oversee and manage 3rd party labor agency activities, manage labor
- Work closely with all partner teams or HR colleagues (in other countries) to drive initiatives and consistent policy implementation

Elvárások / Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, human resources or similar discipline
- Result-oriented, with demonstrated experience of balancing multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent system and reporting skills
- Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification of routine
- Strong ability to learn and navigate
- Highly motivated
- Strong ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Teamwork-oriented, dedicated to support the team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook etc.)
