Pozíció leírása / Job description

- Contract management

- Preparation of staffing invoice attachments, back-ups

- Check the invoices before sending to the Client, ensuring customers are billed correctly for services offered

- Coordinate staffing invoicing process (contract interpretation, clarify the questionable points with the consultants and clients, minimize the issued credit notes)

- Take steps in invoicing efficiency

- Collaborate with finance and sales professionals to maintain accounts receivable

- Management of credit collection

- Preparation of weekly staffing reports, other internal analysis

- Weekly reporting of financial and non-financial data in Global system

- Participation in vendor invoice settlement, management of vendor invoice approval in electronic system

- Keep contact with banks in case of administrative matters

- Preparation of ad-hoc financial reports

- Keep accurate records

Elvárások / Requirements

- University or college degree in finance and/or accounting

- Intermediate English language knowledge both orally and in writing and fluent Hungarian knowledge

- 1-2 years relevant experience in accounting

- Proficient in MS office

- Complex thinking

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to details

- Confidentiality and trustworthiness

- Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks
