- Collect the preliminary data of the project, provide technical support and cooperation for the implementation of the project, and complete the preliminary planning and design of the general plan of the plant area and the water supply and drainage, fire fighting water and utility system of various buildings;
- Cooperate with design agencies and other third-party professional design agencies to provide utility and water suplly design conditions, review the drawings provided by the design institute, and review the production process, materials used, and progress of construction;
- Assist in the inspection of engineering cases of water supply and drainage, fire-fighting water, utility engineering suppliers, and construction vendors; follow up the desing change work;
- Participate in the discussion of existing problems in water supply and drainage, fire fighting water and utility systems engineering, summarize and propose solutions or improvement plans;
- Provide on-site work guidance and explanations for the projects in charge, and participate in the acceptance of water supply and drainage, firefighting water, and utility engineering projects;
- Reflect the progress of the work, raise existing problems, analyze the situation, and give suggestions for solving the problems
- Bachelor degree or above in civil or hydraulic engineer or infrastructure engineer;
- Proficient in operating Windows Office software and CAD; familiar with one of the drawing softwares;
- 3 years or more of power water supply and drainage planning in large enterprises, with experience in on-site construction management;
- Proficiency in reading English technical materials, advanced level in English in written and verbal communication
