- Participate in fire safety management of the plant and equipment in the entire life cycle stage to ensure that it meets Hungary fire codes and other fire safety related requirements
- Support to develop & create complete set of permit documents for new battery factory building project.
- Consult employees on all fire safety related matters
- Coordinate with designers to develop fire protection concept (including fire suppression system, fire smoke exhaust system, fire alarm system etc.)，Coordinate with external consultants and insurance
- Responsible for emergency procedures and crisis management
- Build up the emergency response team with necessary qualification, skills and equipment
- Initiate and help implement fire Safety related trainings, initiate regular fire protection related Inspections and actions.
- Coordinate with related authorities (e.g. fire brigade)
- A bachelor or master’s degree in fire protection engineering or related education background
- With experience in design of vehicle/battery factory buildings or alternatively, the equivalent in experience.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Experience with Hungary fire safety codes, training and educating company employees in fire Safety initiatives, with emergency procedures and crisis management in factory and experience working with Hungary authorities
- Ability to work cross-functionally, work in a challenging and fast paced, collaborative environment and creatively problem-solve
- Very good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, ability to build strong relationships
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to collaborate across departments, multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
