We are looking for a Spanish Speaking Treasurer (2 years fixed term)
This position’s mission is to manage and administer the funding scheme of the group timely and accurately in an international setting.
Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionMain Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing group financing activity
- Verify, generate and document transactions in financial and banking systems
- Check and approve incurring payments on time
- Authorize internal payments with the exception of third party payments in case of France
- Maintain active and efficient communication with internal and external entities (Front office,country treasuries, banks, etc.)
- Keep record, request, review and follow up on contracts
- Coordinate contingency procedures
- Backup other Back Office functions
- Responsible for the introduction and integration of new activities
- Responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Responsible for Backup colleagues in their absence
- University or college degree in economics or finance and 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial area
- Professional knowledge of Spanish and fluency in English
- Accurate, precise, reliable and analytical personality with attention to detail
- Able and willing to assume responsibility and keep tight deadlines
