Pozíció leírása / Job description- Independent conceptional and editorial work within the editing area Customer Service Documentation
- Independently responsible for the creation, revision and overseeing of the technical documentation of relevant product families (such as operating instructions, repair and technical manuals etc.)
- Supervision of internal and external service providers for the completion of documentation tasks
- Research of technical data as well as the monitoring of relevant standards and legislation
- Management and control of procedures and processes in collaboration with those specialist departments involved
- Observation of new technologies and information/documentation developments in the technical communication environment, as well as participation in the implementation of the associated processes
- Involvement in the quality assurance process for the technical documentation
- Involvement in the safety warning team in order to ensure compliance to legal requirements
- Degree as a technical editor, technical degree, or comparable qualification
- A minimum of 4 years of working experience
- Ability to state one’s own technical understanding in a comprehensible written form and to precisely convey complex technical interrelationships in textual and graphical form
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office as well as experience with editing systems, knowledge of the PDM system Axalant preferable
- Extensive knowledge of spoken and written English & German
- High level of communication skills
- High level of assertiveness
- Ability and willingness to work independently and methodically
