Pozíció leírása / Job description- Manage effective communication and cooperation among RPO, Agencies and in-house recruitment partners
- Developing recruitment strategy
- Full ownership and leadership on Talent Aquisition requests, operation and delivery
- Analyse trends and metrics of Talent Aquisition, ensure agreed KPIs are delivered
- Stakeholder management
- Coaching and supporting Hiring managers on effective interview techniques and feedback giving
- Prepares special reports and presentations, maintain internal database files and tables and develops custom reports
- Recruitment on a managerial level
- Fluent English
- University degree in relevant area
- 3-5 years experience in people management
- Minimum 8 years experience in HR
- Strong Project Management skills
- Customer service mindset
- Analitycal and strategic mindset
- Proactive, dynamic personality
- Stable knowledge with Social Media recruitment
- IT recruitment background is an advantage
