- Coordinate requalifications activities indirection to suppliers based on customer request
- Handling the supplier product and process documentations
- Performing, monitoring and follow-up of supplier audits (8D, VDA 6.3, IATF production process)
- Follow supplier performance with proactive quality gates setup
- Advise on continuous improvements at supplier and monitor progress
- Supporting and handling supplier related quality and logistics problems and coordinating supplier complains based on production requirements with cost management
- Use and development of company quality tools such as PPAP system, SPC, IMDS, supplier performance measurement and Supplier evaluation to support business requirements
- Represent and negotiating quality requirements with suppliers based on IATF, VDA specific customer standards
- Prepare and coordinate all standard requirements for incoming quality controls (instruction)
- Train and educate incoming quality inspector based on measurement
- Participating on daily production meetings and reporting supplier performance
- Participate and present activities during internal and external audits (IATF, customer, VDA)
- KPI’s data collection, controlling, analysing and reporting with statistical methods according to requirements of Quality Manager
- Support the achievement of company annual supplier quality related targets
- Engineering education
- Knowledge of automotive standards, i.e IATF 16949, 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Pareto, CP, MSA, VDA 6.3
- 3-5 years of working experience in quality and manufacturing processes
- Fluency in English
- Strong experience in quality problem solving
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical and teamwork skills
