- Supervise all the operational responsibilities
- Ensure the relevant standards and policies respected to meet the required quality of service
- Managing the overall operation and performance of the spa and fitness
- Participate at marketing strategies and able to handle the financial part
- Prepare monthly financial and statistical report for the senior management
- Develop and submit an annual budget and business plan for the Spa and Fitness
- Working closely with other departments and set up goals
- Coordinate promotion plans and projects
- Support the team by giving clear goals and directions

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study is preferred
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Hotel/Resort Spa and Fitness industry
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, and also good to have a Hungarian knowledge, but not a must
- Know how to manage the daily work at a 5-star service standards
- Being familiar with the spa staffing models
- Ability to use effective retail management tools
