Our Partner, a market leader Automotive Supplier in the Area of Miskolc is looking for a Shop Floor Engineer in its team for the following tasks:
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Manage the Plant process manufacturing data
- Execute market research on technical innovations relating to processes of competence
- Responsible for purchasing new machinery and/or refurbishing processes
- Provide assistance to machinery and processes within his/her competence
- Support productivity improvements and lean activities
- Develop and train local personnel in regards of plant operations and processes
- Responsible for tracking concerns, managing corresponding countermeasures and communicate with sister plants
- Provide and document manufacturing related training to shop floor employees
- Support local problem-solving activities and provide technical assistance to customer
- Working ability in a manufacturing plant environment
- Mechanical engineer degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial or Automotive environment
- Knowledge of CAD, CREO and industrial programming languages
- Proactive and result-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a Team
- Confident in English and German (spoken & written)
- Manage assigned projects independently
- Open to travel
