You will:
- be the first point of contact for our B2B customers
- coordinate the Order-To-Cash (OTC) process from order management, through the loading execution until invoicing
- handle customer requests and queries
- interact with customers and stakeholders, using your problem solving skills with your solution-oriented attitude.
Elvárások / Requirements
About you...
- College/university degree
- Serbian (C1) and English (B2)
- at least 1-2 years of customer service experience
- SAP knowledge appreciated
- Excellent communication skills
- Team spirit and solution oriented mind-set
- Autonomy at work and prioritization skills
