Pozíció leírása / Job description- Manage end-to-end hiring for blue-collar positions (advertising, interviewing, hiring).
- Implement effective sourcing and selection methods to attract suitable candidates and meet deadlines.
- Connect with potential candidates online and offline, support hiring managers, and prioritize candidate experience.
- Track and report recruitment data, advise on interviewing techniques, represent the company at events.
- Build talent pools for future blue-collar openings.
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration
- Min. 5 yrs experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter
- Experience with relevant job sites, familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) or SAP Success Factors
- Solid knowledge of data privacy legislations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hungarian and in English
