We are looking for an HR specialist with experience in HR administration to join our partner's team.

- Manage all human resource processes such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes, Maternity, Retirement
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries and employee requests from Germany
- Keep in contact with other departments ( eg. payroll, legal, compensation etc.)
- Handle employee requests precisely and in a timeline manner through the HR ticket system
- Adhere to SLAs and maintain employee satisfaction
- Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required
- Fluency in German and English
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or related processes
- Experience in Shared Service environment
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- SAP or SuccessFactors knowledge is an advantage
