Pozíció leírása / Job description
- Manage full operation of the Conference Services department
- Finalise the requirements, and keeping in mind to maximising revenue potential through up-selling
- Working closely with other departments, ensuring effective communication for the success of the events
- Handling day to day supervision of the Group, Social & Corporate functions
- Being active part of the BEO meetings, make a proposal on certain matters ensuring the effectiveness
- Maintain knowledge of all operating departments

- Provide professional knowledge and applying timely and impromptu decisions which balance client's need in line with the goals of the hotel
- Actively participate at inhouse meetings which improve the business and daily operations
- Support the team by be a part of the sales calls and meetings, develop new business and maintain good relations with clients to reach revenue targets
- Supervise the execution of banquet events
- Being a partner for other departments ensuring the assistance in every event
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers
- Being in line with the Director in Marketing to achieve the targets setElvárások / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study is preferred
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Hotel/Resort industry
- Proven knowledge both at Conferences and Catering
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, and also good to have a Hungarian knowledge, but not a must
- Know how to manage the daily work at a 5-star service standards
- Being a good leader and educator
- Not afraid to seek and catch a good deal
