We are looking for a Senior Actuarial for our client who is one of the largest provider of life insurance in Hungary.
The role holder will play an overall coordination role for Spain and Brazil business related actuarial projects, including but not limited to product development, reinsurance, ALM, etc.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Partnering with business units and regional / group stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of IFRS17 of the business units
- Being a key person to drive the development of IFRS17 business performance management strategies, after IFRS17 is successfully implemented
- Coordinating and communicating with different internal stakeholders at Group
- Delivering annual AFR to support regulatory requirement on contribution to risk management
- Tracking recommendation / follow-up actions, monitoring the development and escalate & facilitate the actions
- Monitoring development of underwriting experience & early identification of trend
- Participating in annual assumption setting and review
- Facilitating the annual assumptions approval / endorsement in Regional / Group Committee
- Ensuring business units’ MCVNB methodology aligns with Group
- Understanding the drivers and risk of business units MCVNB and share insights
- Participating in quarterly review
- Facilitating reporting and disucssion of MCVNB results in Regional Committee, and responsible for the related follow-up actions
- Actuarial University/Master degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of actuarial analysis/reporting experience
- IFRS17 & MCVNB experience
- Good understanding in actuarial management cycle, underwriting risk management, experience monitoring & assumption setting and product & pricing review
- Understanding of different capital regimes and reporting standards and the principles underlying them
- Experience of balance sheet and capital modeling and reporting is a plus
- Good organizational and management skills
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Fluent English both in written and oral
