On behalf of our partner, a leading global automobile manufacturer with prestigious brands we are looking for a Sales Country Manager who will be the main contact person for responsible dealerships in sales related issues in the CEE region and responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.

- Taking overall leading responsibilities to be the main contact person for responsible dealerships in sales related issues
- Preparing and monitoring dealer annual sales business plan and operating standards, coaching dealers in managerial and corporate matters
- Reporting and forecasting on sales targets, KPIs
- Supporting and coordinating other sales functions (used car sales, fleet sales, key account sales)
- Working closely with other departments (Marketing, After sales, PR)
Elvárások / Requirements
- BA Degree in business or related field required
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role - OEM background is a must!
- Proven track-record in business development and key account management
- Experienced in wholesale and pricing
- Fluent Hungarian and English - other CEE language is a plus,
- Automotive industry overview
- Driving licence (B)
- High level of communication with different levels
- Excellent negotiation skills, confident in MS Office and CRM softwares
- Willingness to travel on monthly basis
- Brand ambassador attitude
