We are looking for an experienced Reward Analyst for our multinational partner.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • being responsible for job levelling, grading, benchmarking for all positions
  • taking part in global grading projects
  • developing current and new processes
  • playing a key role in knowledge transfer
  • keeping contact with HR stakeholders and supporting them regarding job evaulations, grading and benchmarking
  • being aware of global reward processes and timelines as well as Rewards policies and procedures

Elvárások / Requirements

  • at least 2-5 years of experience in the following: job levelling, grading, benchmarking
  • University or Collage degree
  • fluent in written and spoken English
  • strong customer centricity, problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindset
  • multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • advanced critical thinking, end-to-end focus, customer service expertise
