The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales internal and external operations, organization and for setting up, coordinating, delegating, supervising and when necessary adjusting commercial activities on sales technical, strategic, tactical and operational level and the feedback to the management team and other departments of the group.

- Elaborating yearly growth action plan and corresponding budget in agreement with superior
- Budget responsibility for the economic success of the Hungarian business unit
- Report and analyze monthly results and initiate corrective actions

- Focus on key account management of existing customers in the automotive industry (OEMs)
- Create and maintain relationships to large accounts by regular visits
- Promote the company's full portfolio of services
- Build contact with customers and identify & influence decision makers
- Responsible for processing of the renewal and development of existing customer contracts
- Responsible for the co-ordination and processing of all the customer complaints
- Monitor and observe markets (competitors, customer needs, etc)
- Coordinate internal and external communication

- Aquisition of new customers occasionally
- Calculation and elaboration of customer offers
- Cooperation in the field of planning and construction of car body production plants
- Reporting of incidental key issues

Elvárások / Requirements

- Minimum 3 years work experience in the field of planning or construction of car body production plants or rather in the automotive industry is a must
- Active relationship with OEMs (or Tier 1 / Tier 2 companies)
- Completed university studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable training
- Good knowledge of English (fluent) and Hungarian (native), German is an advantage
- Independent and structured way of working
- Assertive communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Result oriented / motivation to success
