We are searching for real talent to fill a great leader position at our worldwide known telco client!

Pozíció leírása / Job description

-Definition and execution of the strategy of the Customer care team
-Managing the team's daily operations
-Building and managing the KPI dashboard with constant reporting
- Continous monitoring of the operational processes, escalate improvements if necessary
-Raise customer satisfaction and loyalty
-Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reports according to company procedures, policies and employment law

Elvárások / Requirements

-Bachelor os Master level degree
-5-6 years experience as a leader from customer service area, especially from telco or financial sector
-Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge
-Strategic way of thinking
-Strong decision making skills
-Experience on the field of organizational development and transformation program management
-Proactive and flexible personality
