On behalf of our client, we are seeking German or Dutch speaking HR Employee Services Representative based in Budapest.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

- Provide excellent human resources support to the client via phone or email
- Communicate effectively to customers on HR policy and processes, providing education where necessary
- Managing employee data system
- Responsible for maintenance of accurate and updated employee files

Elvárások / Requirements

- Fluent English and German or Dutch skills
- Customer Service or HR experience is an advantage
- University or College degree
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and positive attitude
