Pozíció leírása / Job description

The primary task is to provide support on level 1st to the subsidiaries, requiring the ability to work with applications/systems, to analyze, diagnose and resolve problems, which may range from very straightforward
problems through to highly complex issues.
Jobholders are required to provide a high degree of client satisfaction, advice, troubleshoot or give creative and accurate solutions for complex inquiries. Role responsibility and leadership depend on your know how and working experience.
